Senior Staff

Brian Phillips, B.Sc. - Owner, Senior Administrator.

Brian is the founder of Artech Consulting and has headed up all the company operations since our inception in 1984. In addition to his administrative role, Brian maintains a hands-on approach within the company and continues to work alongside our technical staff in the field and the laboratory. With more than 30 years of experience, Brian has accumulated a substantial background in the fields of Civil, Geotechnical and Structural Engineering as they relate to structural materials and their use. Brian oversees and has an active role in all of our projects.

Jane Phillips, B.Sc. - Administrator, Office Manager.

Jane has been with Artech Consulting since our start-up in 1984. In her role as Office Manager, Jane has the responsibility of ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly and efficiently. She handles all of our accounting including payables and receivables as well as company payroll. Additionally, Jane takes an active part in our projects; developing terms of reference, interacting with our clients, and generating and sending reports.

Bryan Morrison, B.Sc. - Senior Project Technician.

Bryan joined Artech Consulting in 2008 after spending two years as a lab analyst for a large environmental laboratory in Edmonton, Alberta. Bryan leads our technical department, coordinating all of our field and laboratory work. In addition to his role as a technician, Bryan oversees training for our seasonal engineering co-op program and the development of our student technicians.
